Village nativity play
Having not been able to go to the nativity play for a few years, I thought I'd go this time and then write about it on Wilf's blog, but, of course, it had to be cancelled because of the bad weather. I'm still going to write a bit about it, but have a couple of questions that I'm sure some of you will be able to answer. I know they still have a real donkey - I even know his name! - but do they still have a real baby? And are there real sheep with the shepherds in the park? (Or have insurance considerations meant they've had to be replaced by plastic ones these days?) Many thanks!
