This is the letter I just received - I am not sure what happens next, but I will keep you posted. TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 APPEAL UNDER SECTION 78 Site Address: Land Off Main Street, Sutton-In-Craven, Keighley, BD20 7HR. Description of development: Outline Application With All Matters Reserved For Construction Of 50 New Houses And Associated Access And Landscaping Application reference: 66/2015/15334 Appellant�s name: Mr H Ingham Appeal reference: APP/C2708/W/15/3134174 Appeal start date: 02/10/2015 I refer to the above details. An appeal has been made to the Secretary of State against the decision of Craven District Council to its decision to refuse outline consent for the above proposal. The appeal will be determined on the basis of Written Representations. The procedure to be followed is set out in Part 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Written Representations Procedure) (England) Regulations 2009. . We have forwarded all the representations made to us on the application to the Planning Inspectorate and the appellant. These will be considered by the Inspector when determining the appeal. If you are wanting to make additional comments or modify/withdraw your original comments, you can do so by contact the Planning Inspectorate directly using the contact details provided on the letter." Please, anyone who didn't get round to placing an objection before, can you do so now, before 6th November. Save the greenfields between Sutton and Eastburn! Act now before its too late

Tindale Cowling Monday, October 19, 2015 21:48	Please keep a strict eye on all planning applications - CDC seem to be passing "any old thing" these days - having put a lot of time and research into the SHLAA sites -allocation of housing nos. and sites for Cowling- we eventually managed to get our nos. reduced slightly -but have we ever been given a date for commencement of these plans? Meanwhile, anything goes. Sorry, but I think it was all a waste of time and effort.
