re: affordable housing at Woodturners
Help could anybody explain what this means?
These are the houses that are supposed to meet our local need and the conditions were pretty specific.
WOODTURNERS SITE HOLME LANE SUTTON-IN-CRAVEN KEIGHLEY BD20 8DD
Description: Discharge of conditions 1- 22 on previously approved 66/2007/7709
Is this bad?

Hi Jin - I've had a look on the CDC website at the new application (66/2008/9034) and the original application (66/2007/7709). On the original application, there were 22 conditions which seem to relate to garages, landscaping, lighting, boundary walls, etc. If you look on the internet, check out:
http://www.planning.cravendc.gov.uk/fastweb/decision.asp?AltRef=66/2007/7709&ApplicationNumber=&AddressPrefix=woodturners&submit2=Go
This gives all the original conditions - I THINK that the new application is to cover all these conditions, i.e. how they are going to landscape, build garages, and also there seems to be some amendments to the plans for plots 23, 24, 25. Its certainly not easy to understand - I think your best bet would be to contact Steve Place for clarification - he's on the Planning Committee, so he would be able to advise you fully. The info on the internet suggests that the outcome of this application has already been determined, although I can't find any reference to the final result!

Thanks Liz. I've e-mailed Steve Place. It looks like the decision was delegated though it is part of the next planning meeting.
