memory lane
how nice it was to look at the photos of sutton in the sixties, I lived with my aunt on north street in the late sixties for a while, and these photos brought back sights long forgotten, i remember the swimming baths just round the corner from the co op and also remember the baths in glusburn, were they attached to the side of the mill? we used to go swimming there every week from the primary school at eastburn,coach in the winter and walk in the summer, it all seems so long ago now.
