Can you help our new Cancer Support Centre
Please can you help. My daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer in June last year, and during her treatment she was lucky enough to form a friendship with a lady in the same situation as her. Both are now out of treatment and have set up a charity based in the Keighley Civic Centre called Keighley & Airedale cancer support. Part of the services they are going to offer will require the assistance of volunteers if you can spare time to be on the commitee, fundraising, transporting service users or just befriending people please contact Adele on 07861 299075 or please attend the volunteers day to be held at the Civic Centre, North Street, Keighley on the Tue 1st May at 11am, where you will have the opportunity to see what the charity is all about. |
