Diamond Jubilee Banner
St Thomas' Church is holding a special community service on 3rd June at 10.30am (followed by a lunch in the Village Hall) to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. As part of the celebration service we are producing two large banners depicting world events between 1952 and 2012 plus events within the Royal Family. We have a person who has designed the banners and has the materials for them - but we are looking for people who can sew and embroider to help put these banners together. If anyone wants to help celebrate the Diamond Jubilee using their skills in this way then please get in touch with the Vicar on 01535 633372.
