Just to make the position clear, Sutton Parish Council and Glusburn Parish Council are vehemently opposed to these proposals.

Their comments on each of the plots can be seen in this PDF...

SHELAA comments

Almost all were considered unsuitable and valid reasons stated. Any approved sites are either brownfield or had specific conditions stipulated.

Craven District Council completely ignored these comments and their response to each was "Retain in SHELAA".

Many of the sites have previously had planning applications turned down by CDC, some of them several times.

Posting to the forum is de-activated due to lack of use.
