Is Sutton Beck polluted?
My dog Shandy recently had a rash on her undersides. I washed the area and the rash was gone before I could get to the Vets.
Tonight we went for a walk with another dog called Bear, and he went in the Beck but Shandy did not get wet. In less than half an hour Bear was covered in a rash.
I want to warn parents and dog owners to take care to keep out of the Beck.

Hi Pat,
We just move to Sutton and have been discovering the local environment. We did notice some kind of foam in the waters of the Beck by the Bay horse Pub over the wall there. We were not sure what it was. I do know that sometimes water coming down off the hills can pick up contamination from dead animals and such. I wonder if there are any scientific types here that could do a test on it? |

You need to be sure it was from the beck or you may cause all sorts of problems with the boating pool in the park.Has any one else had a problem ?. |
