Another 20 houses ???
planning app. no 66/2015/15358
Outline application for construction of 20 houses on land to the south west of Greenroyd Drive and Harper Grove.
I've just picked up some information about this and would like to bring it to the attention of all the village, not just the houses around the area.
Sutton PC have already objected very strongly but have a look at the details on Craven DC's website. www.planning.cravendc.gov.uk/fastweb

Actually another 70 houses - we have just received notification that the Inghams have put in for 50 houses off Sutton Lane. Absolutely ridiculous. Sutton is seriously under attack.

People of Sutton - Please object to both proposals, and tell as many people as you can about these to get as many objections as possible, its surprising how many people have absolutely no idea of either development.
If either of these are allowed to go ahead it will affect everyone, not just those that live in the immediate vicinity.
** The deadline for objections to the one at Harper Grove/Greenroyd Drive is getting closer, people need to act now before it is too late |
