Back in business again from Aus.
Hey up all, just a line to say what a pleasure it is to get back on line after a PC crash to find the web up and running again. Only thing now is that I lost all or most of my Email addresses from people who had mailed me previously. Well now I'm back I will wish you all very Happy Christmas and a Good New Year. As it happens my daughter will be in Sutton from the 20th to the 27/28th. it will be interesting to see if anyone picks her out! |

Greetings Alan from 40 c here in Aus.
Trust you to remember that. It must have been just about outside your place. I remember it well and all the ice cream I was able to eat. You remember John Laycock lived next door "Thorncroft"? My girl is up with them at his mum's old place in Hall Way. She was hoping it might snow for her!!!!!

Hi Alan,
Just looked back to this last message. It seems that her snow dance worked pretty well. It certainly provided some beautiful photo shoots. Anyway she has arrived back in Aus via USA, two weeks earlier with a surprise on my birthday.
If Andrew M reads this I have some interesting news re my dad and the 1st War.
As I said earlier I have lost most email addresses so could Andrew contact me?

Hi Alan,
Well my girl is back in Oz, came back early and surprised me on my birthday!
She had a great time in the snowy reaches of Sutton with David and Ruth. She spent Xmas with Cousin John and his family up at Hall Drive. Spent time with Allan in Glous. Allan is not as well as we would like. We or I are hoping to get over this Autumn to see what we can do to help, it is very hard for him. |

Any chance that you could have look at the [hoto once again of the Hotel Riposo cast? There are still gaps in the names which I am sure you will be able to fill. |
