New Cricket Club Pavilion
I have followed the progress of the building of the new pavillion to it's opening. I think it's a wonderful addition to the village and of course the Cricket club. To all the people involved in it's planning and construction. You've all done a wonderful job and you should be very proud. In the few photos I have seen it looks great. I for one am so looking forward to having a pint or two in the new club house next time I'm over. I see both firsts and seconds have had good starts to the season also...and may it continue!!
It would be so nice and fitting to see a selection of photos of the new club house on the site. A wonderful addition for generations of cricketers both young and old to enjoy! 😆,

Hi Bruce. Many thanks for your kind message. Stuart Robinson and myself have spent the last 7 years getting the project together and to the final build. We will be having an official announcement and opening after the referendum (not allowed under their rules as government cannot be seen to be bribing voters !!!! ). I wil be sending pictures to the webmaster as soon as we can. Also as we appear to possibly becoming little England not sure if you will be let back in. Sure I can stand you the first pint free !!!!! |
