Italian Girls
I'm Duncan McHenry and I left the village in 1957.
I married Pina in 1958.
She had come to England from Italy to work at Fison's Mill in Burley in Wharfedale.
On our visits to Sutton to see my Mum and Dad, we made friends with several Italian girls who lived at the hostel.
Are there any of them still living in the village or locally?
I seem to remember that a girl called Tina married Tony Ingham.
I would be grateful for any information.

Think there was a reunion a few weeks ago at The Beeches, Keighley, will ask Gilda about Tina when I next see her, then will get back to you. |

Yes, sadly the name Tina Ingham is inscribed on one of the head-stones in the grounds of St Thomas Church |
