A wanderer returns !!!
After several years in the hinterland of East Lancashire, I have returned to the sunnier climes of West Yorkshire - Halifax, to be precise. Pina suffered a heart attack early last year and our sons, who live in Halifax and Brighoouse, thought it would be a good idea if we lived nearer to them and they didn't have to trail to Nelson. Pina is now in good health and we see a lot more of the family. I am still in touch with several residents and former residents of Sutton-in-Craven and this morning my cousin, Ronnie Pritchard to give me the sad news that Mary Walker had died. Now I am back in Yorkshire I will certainly be paying regular visits to the village website. It would be n |
