Springfield and Springfield Lodge
I am looking for old photos and any associated information about Springfield and Springfield Lodge in Sutton Lane. In particular I would love to see any pictures of what Springfield's Garden's looked like and any Pictures of the Lodge during its various phases of development |

Hi David. There is reference to Springfield Lodge in the 'Fallen of Sutton-in-Craven' page under Local Information. If you click on Thomas Hackston there are details from a newspaper article from 1915 about the wedding of Thomas and Miss Elsie Dickinson who lived at Springfield Lodge, plus a photo of the lodge provided by Kevin McVay.
If I'm not mistaken, Kevin used to live at the lodge so he may have more photos and information. I do have a second photo of the lodge, again provided by Kevin that I didn't include in the profile of Pte Hackston.
