Orchard House, Ellers Road.
I am currently in the process of purchasing Orchard House. There appears to be some confusion as to whether this property was once two. could any body shed some light on the matter or supply me with some history. I know that it was listed in 1969, and therefore any works undertaken since then would have had to have listed builings consent. Has anyone ever carried out work to this house ?
