Dont shoot the messenger! Park Opening
Happy new Year - I hope you all have had a great Christmas and showing off our great village to some family sowed the seed for an idea - even though it may not be a workable one. Here it goes...
When there are things on at St Thomas Church (in this instance the Christingle Service) would it be possible for the park to be open? I only ask as it is an much easier option for some of us in the village to go throught the park instead of around it. It looked realy festive especially with the (fairly) new gas lamps all lit up and the Christmas tree. It seemed such a shame that the park was closed.
Dont get me wrong I can understand why it closes at dusk but i was just wondering on special occasions such as this if it could be open?
