when will we get a new half yearly report from the committee?also when is the AGM. |

Hi Derek
The AGM is on 13 March 2016 at 10 am. Have a look at the Village Hall link on the Sutton web site home page and you will see the notice for the meeting. Please come along to the meeting and you will hear the reports about the hall and its finances and be able to ask questions. You will also be given a copy of the accounts for the hall for 2015. As for the half yearly reports published on the Sutton web site, that will be a matter for the new committee of trustees which will be elected at the AGM. |
